Local techs support the hardware and software in the non_110 classrooms
Faculty attend training sessions, download the user guide, or work with local SMEs in order to learn to use the system (contact Sarah Walczynski for more information)
Clickers can be tested at TechZone and faulty clickers can be exchanged at TechZone as well.
